Welcome to Incogia. Please read these terms before using our services. By creating an account or using Incogia, you agree to these Terms of Use.
By accessing or using Incogia, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional policies (such as the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Share sexually explicit content involving minors or content without consent.
Users may report content that violates the rules. Incogia will review reports and take appropriate action (warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or account removal). Moderation decisions are final.
If Incogia offers paid features (subscriptions, ads, etc.), pricing and payment terms will be provided during purchase. Refunds follow the rules of each specific product.
All trademarks, logos, software code, and platform design of Incogia are the property of Incogia or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Incogia is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, including lost profits or data. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
You agree to defend and hold Incogia harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country/state where the company is registered. We encourage resolving disputes through negotiation before legal action. You agree to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
